Cosa si può scrivere ancora sul cioccolato? Francamente non lo so!
È facile? Certo, basta dare uno sguardo agli ingredienti, si trovano in casa sempre.
È sana? Certo, basta usare gli ingredienti freschi e giusti.
È buona? Ecco, su questo ho da ridire: definirla buona è riduttivo, direi favolosa!
Altro non saprei cosa aggiungere.
- 300 g di farina Petra 5 del Molino Quaglia
- 45 g di cacao amaro
- 10 g di lievito in polvere
- 120 g di zucchero di canna
- 250 g di gocce di cioccolato fondente
- 2 uova intere
- 380 g di panna acida
- 90 g di burro fuso e freddo
- 2 cucchiai di gocce di cioccolato fondente in più
Per fare la panna acida, aggiungete alla panna fresca il succo di mezzo limone e lasciatelo a temperatura ambiente per almeno un’ora.
Accendete il forno a 210 °C; rivestite con carta da forno una tortiera da 25 centimetri di diametro.
Setacciate insieme la farina, il cacao e il lievito, inserite le gocce di cioccolato e mescolate.
Miscelate la panna acida, il burro e le uova.
Unite molto velocemente le due masse, senza mescolare troppo.
Versate nella tortiera, spargete sulla superficie i 2 cucchiai di gocce di cioccolato e infornate per 35-40 minuti, fate la prova dello stuzzicadenti.
